PLEASE NOTE: These are our pickup and drop off times ONLY. Our staff diligently works from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00-10:00 p.m. each and every day to make sure your four legged family member is being exercised and tended to in the best possible way.
How To Book
Tour Our Facility!
Tours are always encouraged but are only done at 6:30 pm once our regular clients have all gone home. That way we can give you a complete tour of our facility including the backyard. No exceptions we do NOT allow tours while our clients are at daycare playing.
(Includes Doggie Daycare)
We HIGHLY recommend bringing your dog into visit us for a few hours on a day close to your departure day. This enables us to get to know his/her personality as well as gets them familiar with our environment. There is no charge for this service.
Important Facts about Boarding
Our facility boasts individual runs or rooms or extra large group rooms. We have every type of accommodation available from smaller runs to x large runs and rooms. This enables us to put your pet where he/she is most comfortable depending on their size/tempermant/personality/age/special needs. We also have an extra large run available in our reception area for dogs that aren’t used to being boarded or have special needs.
All rooms are temperature regulated. Fridge and microwave available for “special” eaters.
Although every precaution is taken to ensure your pets stay with us is a safe one, we can not be responsible for illness or injury which may occur. Any and all veterinary fees will be solely the responsibility of the pet owner.
We have fresh cold water available 24/7 for all dogs. Regardless, the excitement of your pet going home with often result in excessive water drinking. Please limit their water intake to very small amounts for their first 15 minutes home to prevent diarrhea.
Toys and bedding from home are HIGHLY recommended. It simply makes your dogs stay with us that much more enjoyable. However, please be aware we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. And believe me this happens! Do NOT bring anything expensive or irreplaceable.
Our staff are highly motivated and extreme pet lovers (truth be told a little over the top pet crazy). Please feel free to contact anyone of us if you have any questions or concerns either prior to or after coming home from your holiday.
